I created my sauce in 2011, while starting up a barbeque catering business.  I have always believed in continuing education, so I enrolled in culinary classes at the University of Tennessee. In 2012, I had an opportunity to operate my own restaurant.  It was a restaurant that had been started by my grandfather in 1960, so it was quite the treat to carry on the family tradition.  I am eager to share my barbeque sauces much the same way he shared amazing hot dog chili and peanut butter milkshakes. I hope you will enjoy the sauces as much as my customers have so far.
