STRIVING FOR EXCELLENCE

I created my sauce in 2011, while starting up a barbeque catering business.  I have always believed in continuing education, so I enrolled in culinary classes at the University of Tennessee. From 2012-2014, I had an opportunity to operate my own restaurant.  It was a restaurant that had been started by my grandfather in 1960, so it was quite the treat to carry on the family tradition.  In 2017, we began a bbq food truck business and operated until the end of 2021.  We used our sauces and spices in many of our dishes.  We still offer our barbeque sauces and I hope you will enjoy the bbq sauces as much as our food truck customers did.
